We understand that business to business calling to introduce products and services that you offer is an important part of your business.

At Revolution Learning and Development we have a lean but highly effective team that is fanatical about providing a high level of service to our clients. Everyone gets involved in answering calls through to delivering training courses, from our Managing Director downward. We do this in order to provide our high quality services at competitive prices.

For this reason, the person you need to speak to about your product or service may not always be available, and the time taken up dealing with calls ties up one of our few phone lines and potentially stops one of our clients being able to get through. Although we have processes in place to deal with these circumstances, they come at a financial cost.

We always prioritise client calls over business introduction calls and if you do get through to the person you need to speak to they will not always be able to talk, will ask to end the call if another line is ringing and we can’t always guarantee being available if we schedule a time for you to call us.
