We’re Making Some Changes to Our Business

Over the past three years that we have been trading we have steadily grown our business thanks to some amazing clients and the commitment of our permanent team and Associates.

It has always been in our road map to gradually grow and expand into new areas and now seems the perfect time to do this thanks to some new Associates that we have made agreements with.

So, what does the future look like?

From the 11th of July 2011 we will be changing our official trading name to Revolution Human Resources Ltd. As we have built the brand of Revolution Learning and Development, this will continue to exist as a division of the main company and we will still continue to own the Revolution Learning and Development Ltd name.

The new business will have three distinct divisions that will report into the main company. These will be:-

Revolution Learning and Development – The business we currently run will continue as is and this website will continue to exist and be updated as it currently is

Revolution Human Resources – This division will offer Human Resources Consultancy. This will include policy and procedure development, Employee Engagement Consultancy, Performance Management and Appraisal System Development, Org Design, Role Profiling and Job Analysis, Competency Framework development and 360 feedback and assessment.

All of this will be delivered through some highly experienced associates that have recently begun working along side us.

Revolution Search and Selection – This area will focus on providing Recruitment Consultancy. This will include sourcing and screening candidates for jobs, posting jobs to our website as well as Assessment Centre and Interview design and development.

This is something we set up about a year ago, but due to growing the training business we never really done anything with it. We now have the resource and expertise to take this forward and the site we originally designed is also undergoing a complete revamp. This is almost ready to go live and you can see this work in progress at Revolution Search and Selection.

Why do this?

Having all three of these areas together allows us to deliver an exceptional range of services to our clients. We will be able to offer ‘joined up’ solutions, where everything simply fits together and works together.

The new people that have joined us as Associates are very experienced in their field. They have all had experience in their sector and include Recruitment Managers, HR Directors, HR Managers, Training Managers, Change Managers and Senior Operations Managers.

We’re looking forward to the future and looking forward to making Revolution Human Resources Services as successful as the business we have currently created.

Our off shoot sites – Training Forums, Trainers Kit, Leading From the Front and Role Play Live will also trade under the new brand name.
