Fantastic course, fantastic tutor!

I really enjoyed the course and feel like I have learnt about something that is going to be really useful! Considering before hand, I had no idea what to expect, or how to put a process map together or analyse it, I now feel confident enough to arrange a meeting with colleagues across different departments to put together and analyse a huge process! As somebody who loves things to be logical, visual and broken down, this was perfect for me!

Thank you Andrew Drummond for facilitating a Process Mapping course. Andrew took the time to find out what our individual and team objectives were and modelled the course around this. He demonstrated some methodology as well as practical hands on use of Process Mapping. This helped generate discussion within the team as to how we could take this forward within our own area of work. I came away with a clearer understanding of Process Mapping, best practice and planning to be able to implement it going forward.
