Ive recently started in a training environment and was told by my manager that this course would be beneficial. After attending I agree, Rachel showed me little tips and tricks designed to help navigate challenging environments. Id recommend.

This was a really good on line course , the trainer was very competent and engaging . Easy to log onto and use the website to navigate through the course information etc. Even if you have had years of dealing with difficult people there was definitely areas covered which will provide you with something to take back and put into action. I felt this was more of a leadership course , understanding your team and their traits and how to manage them more effectively.
