Fun and Engaging

This was one of the best workshops I have ever attended, I feel like I have gained more understanding and knowledge which helps me to improve my self in my role. Andrew was an excellent presenter and instructor. I definitely feel more confident than before when it comes to investigations and grievances in my role as a Deputy Manager.

Excellent training!!

Andrew made connection with all participants, remembered everyone's name by end of first introductions and throughout. People led discussion and learning worked really well keeping the group attentive to learning. Great course

Whether you have tons of management experience or very little, this course is accessible and interactive for all. A great way of refreshing knowledge and gaining confidence. Turning what can be viewed as a Negative or difficult concept into something very positive. Well done to Andrew who was also very bright and lighthearted, clearly passionate about supporting people to support their employees.
