If you're looking to build your leadership and people-management skills, this is an excellent course. It offers not only valuable information but also plenty of practical activities that make the learning easy to apply and remember. The trainer explains everything clearly and in a very supportive way, helping you feel confident throughout the process.

Really good experience I learnt so many useful tools and gained a lot of knowledge and insight. Even though there was a LOT of content it was delivered in a way which was easy to digest and retain and I didn't feel overwhelmed. I'll be able to apply what I've learned in many aspects of my role, but also some things in my personal life. I didn't just learn what to do but how to do it and now feel more confident in my role. Trainer was knowledgeable, made it relatable and fun. I would highly recommend this for anyone - whether a new Manager or someone like me who has actually been in the role for well over a year but needed some additional resource to be effective.

Session: Leadership & Management Skills. I was drawn in by No Powerpoint, and Revolution delivered! We wanted to ensure everyone was engaged and no one was talking at us and they really did live up to expectations. The session was guided by the trainer and attendees where the conversation naturally rolled onto the next topic, discussion lead with lots of practical exercises between, Andrew the trainer was really interactive keeping our team engaged throughout the process, he was able to go through the course content reverting this back to real life scenarios. The team were also able to ask advise in specific situations. Highly energetic and engaging throughout!

I was exceptionally impressed by the vast amount of content given during our 2 day course. We had a variety of concepts that we were exposed to, and we ran through each in detail, using examples of people/teams we already work with, in order to place context and relativity. The course was confidently and appropriately delivered, Lynne was consistently enthusiastic and passionate whilst also being highly informative and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. There was a lot of ground covered and as such, this was an ideal refresher course but may not be suitable for someone looking to take their first deep dive into people management.

I recently attended the Leadership and People Management Training Course (Manchester). The course ran over two days and was presented in such a way that it remained interesting. There were three other people who attended this course and the small number of people made it easy to interact and raise questions. The content was very interesting and relevant to my individual needs and the tutor (Andrew) was very helpful. The course ran to clock so don't expect to get an early finish. All in all a good experience.

Revolution delivered just what I'd hoped for (in fact a bit more if anything) with a really engaging overview of leadership and management. The trainer really listened to what the people on the course wanted to learn about, and clearly knew his stuff in depth so he could jump around in response to whatever random queries we threw at him! It was clearly an informal training option, aimed at getting us to know what we needed to know rather than giving us comprehensive textbook knowledge of everything we didn't need to know - but for a two day course this was definitely the right approach. Highly recommended.
