I recently attended the leadership skills course and found it to be an incredibly insightful and engaging experience. I thought this was a very informative, well presented and engaging course. It has given me new insights on how to deal with others, based on their certain personality traits. I had 2 trainings with the team, online and face to face. The delivery is highly professional and knowledgeable. The team gets to know your expectations and aims to contextualise the training as per your needs with examples and situations. You can attend as a single individual which is really helpful, so you don’t need to ask your company to organise a group. The material given at the end of the session is really clear and practical which will be a really helpful tool in the longer term. The online sessions are human, engaging and interactive which makes time flying. The value for money is absolutely excellent for the quality of training provided.

This was an absolutely fantastic course and something I would recommend to anyone. As someone who is at the early stages of my career I was concerned that this course would not be too applicable to my current role, however Lynne tailored the session to my needs which meant I was able to learn a lot and I am looking forward to implementing the skills I gained in the future. As a 1:1 session, Lynne was very engaging, the session was very interactive - we covered a lot of different leadership styles and I was able to identify my more dominant leadership style and understand the importance of adopting different styles based on the situation. Feedback and difficult conversations were also sections covered in the day which will greatly benefit me in my role and again Lynne offered great skills and techniques that I can implement immediately into my role. Really enjoyed the day, revolutionlearning worked brilliantly around my technical issues and I'm looking forward to working on more courses with them in the future.

I have recently been promoted to a manager and had no managerial or leadership experience. This course was very informative and has given me great confidence for my new role. Was only a small course with 3 people there. Liked Andrew a lot but psychological theory of people/employees time took over the actual pointers in how to deal with situations in the workplace. I did appreciate the need for the background research on employees behaviours and subsequently how to handle their behaviour but it felt too much for the short course I’ve atttended. Great Course - Just What I Needed

Easy Process and Great Course

I arranged for this course to be delivered to all of our leaders in the business - a total of 5 courses. The booking process was quick and easy. We spoke with the trainer ahead of the course to discuss what we wanted and they came back with a proposal for us. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and all of the process stuff such as contracts was done online. The trainer that we had was really professional, very experienced and positive throughout all of the courses. There has been a real buzz around the business since the courses and we will be inviting this company back to do some follow up sessions with us soon
