I completed a telephone skills / telesales course with Andrew on 12/09. I can't express enough how helpful and informative he was throughout the entirety of the course, and the degree of knowledge he displayed for all modules. He took the time to explain everything in depth and in a range of contexts to ensure i fully understood the content. He progressed through all topics well and made sure to ask a range of questions throughout to test my knowledge. I recommend this course highly to anyone looking to gain confidence and skills in telephone communications for both inbound and outbound calls.

I recently attended a telephone skills course . The trainer was excellent, making the session interesting and engaging. The small group setting allowed for personalised attention and meaningful discussions. Through practical exercises, I learned how to handle different situations more effectively.
