I attended this as the only participant and this was challenging as it was a lot of information to just sit and listen to - the trainer was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the course and how comfortable he made me feel - I wonder if it can be adapted slightly if only 1 person is attending - I learnt so much from this course far more than I thought I would so thank you!

I had a lovely time with my trainer. It ended up being a 1-1 session which I think was really good and really helped me ask all the questions I needed and made it so that I could fully grasp the training.
