Great training and eye opening to a different tools and approaches to analyze the problems.

It's a great course
As a supervisor it definitely opened my eyes to looking at other possibilities and that it's something better to think outside the box a la "Look at things as shades of grey, instead of just black and white". It gave me a glimpse as to what I'd have to look at problem wise, if I were a manger and how there are many avenues to explore before coming to a decision, as there is never just a straight forward easy answer, even if it seems that way. I'd highly recommend this course.

The course was very informative and gave us the ability to interact with the course and voice our interpretation of the material and then we would discuss the relation between current experience and how to focus it through the lens of problem solving. The course leader Andrew D was very knowledgeable and adapted to the way me and my colleague learn, he helped make it a fun day with plenty of useful takeaways.
