A very well presented course and interaction. The facilitator had excellent knowledge on the subject, ensured everyone was engaged through out the course and understood the subject, very good group participation for exercise. I had a better understanding about report writing, use of words and to present to target audience. I feel my report writing will be greatly improved going forward.
