Overall this was a brilliant course and a lot was covered over the two days. Rachel was brilliant everything was explained and the activities was an eye opener and really made us think and how to do things differently. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to take the next steps in their career.

I really enjoyed the People Management Skills that I undertook and found it very useful. Andrew was very engaging, made it comfortable to ask questions and was able ensure that everyone got involved without making people feel uncomfortable.
