We look at leadership styles and when and how to adapt yours, motivating team members, communicating with your team, providing feedback, setting goals, targets and objectives and coaching to develop skills and improve performance.
I'm new to leadership/I've been a leader for a long time - will this course help?
We've pitched the course in such a way that you should find it provides a good grounding for new leaders but is not too simplistic. It will also provide anyone in a leadership position for a long time with a good refresh and hopefully some new ideas.

Location
In-Person Open Course in Southampton
Our Leadership Skills course in Southampton is delivered from the Novotel Hotel, West Quay Road, Southampton, SO15 1RA.
The venue is located a few minutes walk from Southampton station which provides excellent rail and bus links.
The venue has comfortable meeting rooms with air conditioning. Refreshments are available from the delegate refreshment stations and a buffet lunch will be provided in the on-site restaurant.
Parking is available on-site (you must register your vehicle with reception on arrival).
Online Open Training Courses
Our Online Leadership Skills course is an interactive live virtual course. The content remains the same but the delivery and approach has been re-imagined for the virtual environment. Our online training courses are delivered by Zoom.
In-House Delivery
We can also deliver this Leadership Skills course just for your organisation in Southampton or across the South East.
