What is conflict?
It's often assumed that conflict is raised voices, arguments, and physical violence. In reality, conflict is a disagreement between people with opposing points of view. The behaviour we often associate with conflict happens when these disagreements are not effectively dealt with and emotion becomes involved.
I have a tricky situation that I am trying to deal with. Will this course help?
We encourage all delegates who attend to raise and discuss real examples of past or present conflict situations (only where you can and feel comfortable to do so) and we can apply the skills from the course to these situations to see how they can help.
I've been told I am the instigator of conflict. Shall I attend this course?

Overall great training
Took part in the Managing conflict course, Andrew trained us and the session was really in depth, interactive and gave so much support through any activities. My understanding from the days course has vastly grown just from attending this session. The flow and delivery makes the information very easy to consume. Thank you I will definitely be attending more in the future.

Learning & Development - Conflict Management
Andrew brought fresh ideas to the group, and changed everyone's outlook on how to approach difficult situations / interpret information. Whilst informative, it was interactive in a way that kept everyone engaged. There was a series of tasks that revealed information about yourself which is always interesting. I'd recommend this course.
