Great for new Managers
This course is fantastic for people new to management and has some great advise and tools to support in performance Management. The trainer Andrew certainly knows his stuff and has a great passion is supporting the group to engage in group discussion and to give real examples of the problems we face daily.

Performance Management Online Course
From finding the website to completing the course, I found the whole experience great. I found the website through a google search and although I had never heard of the company before, the information on the website was so thorough and informative that I was confident that I had found a course that would meet my needs and was going to be delivered in a style and at a time that suited me. Communication was great from start to finish, simple instructions, easy to join the online course. I had a small technical issue and this was very promptly sorted out in a friendly manner. The course itself was brilliant. The tutor was professional, friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable. I gained so much throughout the day, knowledge, ideas and practical tips. The course was adapted to my needs and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the company and look forward to doing more courses with them again in the future.
