The trainer ( Andrew) walked us through a range of different methods and techniques that can be utilised in the commercial sector, he allowed for us to engage and put our ideas forward and gave us some advice if he thought our ideas could be slightly tweaked. He took his time to answer all questions we had even if it was not on the slide show he had very good knowledge to help answer all queries. I would highly recommend if you are wanting to get into commercial or even if your role is commercial.

I feel like this course is helpful to my area of the business, I think this course would be beneficial for most roles in the organization as it is generally good tools you can apply to many aspects of the business. I liked how you have to interact, put what you learn into practice and you are encouraged to ask questions and really think about how it can be used and apply it to the things you do in your role.
