Probably the most helpful and practical one-day course attended. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and shared practical advice to all attendees, making it relevant for each persons job role. I would have no hesitation recommending anyone who feels they would like to feel more confident in the area of negotiation and influencing skills.

Very theoretical, drills are disembodied and consist in quizzes on paper. Trainer surprised when I asked for at least 1 role play before the end of the day. Hard to see how one can learn real-life skills like this.

Very good training for someone that wants to improve their skills in both their personal and work life. Good tips about how to handle different views in a conversation and how to look for in people when negotiating.

This was my first course with Revolution and I'm happy about the way it developed into an interactive, active exchange session whereas we were able to grow our toolkit and understanding over the course. Throughout the day, the trainer kept energising the group establishing a sense of check-in and progress, as well a real-life connection to strengthen the takeaways. Highly recommend the Negotiation & Influencing Skills course, as a first time or as a 'refresh'.

Our trainer had made the content very relevant and applicable to our group- with practical solutions to take away. The theory was made to be entertaining and not dry! I have learnt a lot about myself as well as tips and tactics to try for myself.

This was a truly valuable and engaging training experience! If you're looking for a course on negotiation that combines expert insight with a flexible, participant-focused approach—this is the one to book. Andrew stood out as an excellent trainer: attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to understanding each participant’s unique context. He offered practical tools, great reflection prompts, and actionable advice that made a real difference. The follow-up email was a great touch and packed with helpful resources. The only thing that could have made this fantastic training even stronger would be more time spent on hands-on practice—working through case studies, roleplays, or seeing a live example of a great pitch in action. That said, the foundations, tools, and discussions were all very strong, and the course delivered a lot of value. Highly recommended for anyone looking to build real-world negotiation and influencing skills in a supportive and insightful environment!

I really enjoyed this course and thought it was useful. Andrew done an excellent job in delivering the course by making it very fun. I liked that he explained the different types of techniques/tips for negotiation and then gave us scenarios where we could practise implementing them. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to to improve their negotiation and influencing skills

This training course was very good and delivered in a way that kept everyone paying attention throughout the whole day. it was interactive and we were able to apply the new skills we had picked up on throughout the day in group activities. I would definitely recommend this course to other companies who are looking to gain more confidence and pick up new skills in negotiation.

This is a 5 Star review (only let me select 4 stars for some reason). This was a brilliant course that offered an insight into my own behaviours and equipped me with the knowledge and tools to approach difficult customers and situations from a different angle. Understanding the differences between a process and a behaviour left me feeling more confident about being able to resolve issues inside and outside the workplace. Worthwhile development I didn't even realised I needed! Thank you!

Overall, the content was decent, but the way it was presented was not very dynamic or interactive. The negotiation exercise was too short and not monitored by the trainer, which would have allowed for specific feedback on how he handled it; we only did a debrief after the exercise.

I found the course very well run and included a lot of relevant and helpful content. The Group interaction was unexpected but brilliant and really helped to make a relaxed atmosphere were we were able to ask questions and share insights. The speaker was very knowledgeable and was able to draw on his own experience and to other courses he ran to be able to give us the best answers and advise. Overall i would recommend the course to anybody who needs some tips on influencing and negotiation skills.

Trainer had spent time to read our pre-course questionnaire responses and to get to know us at the training to give a tailored experience and ensure that the training met everyones needs. Examples of how to implement training in our specific roles given. Good level of interaction between trainer and attendees and no Powerpoint definitely a plus!

The trainer was very nice and seem to have a lot of experience but training was too focused on theory, not very practical. I was expecting all theory to be based on practical examples but it was hardly any of that. Stories from her previous buying experience would've really enhanced the training and made it much more relevant. It was only two of us in that course so should've been very easy to base all her comments around real life experience. Didn't take much from the course to my daily work.

It was a small group and I felt like we all got some air time to be able to share why we were there and chat through these scenarios.
