Probably the most helpful and practical one-day course attended. The trainer was very knowledgeable, and shared practical advice to all attendees, making it relevant for each persons job role. I would have no hesitation recommending anyone who feels they would like to feel more confident in the area of negotiation and influencing skills.

Very theoretical, drills are disembodied and consist in quizzes on paper. Trainer surprised when I asked for at least 1 role play before the end of the day. Hard to see how one can learn real-life skills like this.
