Annual Training Subscription, The Details

Our annual training subscription allows you to stretch your training budget further by providing training credits that can be used across any of our scheduled open course events, whether that be a bite-sized course or our one and two-day online and in-person events .

We have three levels of subscription that you can buy, each offering different levels of credits and benefits. While these are annual subscriptions, you can spread the cost over 12 months. Just a note though, this is an annual commitment and the subscription cannot be cancelled part way through the year.

When you buy a subscription, you get a certain number of credits. You can book any delegates on any number of courses until your credits run out. A quick note though, spaces are subject to availability and the subscription does not guarantee you can book onto any course date. See more below in the How it Works section.

You can also make fee-free changes to your booking inline with the number of changes that are included in your subscription.

If you need to, you can also upgrade your subscription to the next level at any point and receive the additional credits.

If you find that you do book a lot of courses, then this subscription service is for you. If you don't want the annual commitment, you may find our training credits scheme a better option. It offers a one-off payment for fewer people.

How it Works

The first stage is to buy your package. You can see the available packages below.

Once payment is received, or an annual direct debit agreement signed, we will issue you with a contract and an invoice.

Then, you simply select a course you would like to book by clicking on the book now button next to the date you wish to book. Complete the booking form and in the payment section at the end, select Pay by Invoice. Our system will flag to us that you have a subscription in place and will not produce the invoice.

We will just send joining instructions for your course to you or your delegates closer to the course date.

  • Bite-sized courses, 1 credit
  • Online 1-day course, 3 credits
  • Online 2-day course, 5 credits
  • In-person 1-day course, 4 credits
  • In-person 2-day course, 7 credits

The Terms and Conditions

There are some additional terms and conditions that you need to be aware of. These are in addition to our standard terms and conditions of booking .

Additional terms and conditions

  • Subscriptions are linked to your company only and cannot be transferred or used to invite delegates from other organisations to our events
  • We will require individual email addresses for the delegates attending and these must match the company name i.e. if your account as the purchaser has an email address of [email protected], then all delegate email addresses must end in thecompanyname.com
  • We reserve the right to ask for proof that delegates do work for your company and, where this cannot be provided, bookings will be cancelled with no right to refund
  • The subscription is only linked to your account and cannot be applied if another member of your business books and asks that the subscription be applied
  • Subscriptions are not available to managed training services or companies to act as a training broker
  • Subscriptions do not guarantee a booking on any event. All spaces are subject to availability. Where demand exceeds availability, we will endeavour to add more events on the same day to meet demand
  • If choosing to pay in monthly instalments, you understand that you are entering into a contract and that all 12 payments must be made. This facility is provided by a third party who will be responsible for collecting payment and managing this agreement and contract
  • The ability to pay by instalments may be subject to a credit reference agency check
  • At the end of the subscription term, and remaining credits can be rolled over into a new subscription. If a subscription is not renewed, any remaining credits will still be available to use
  • Subscriptions can only be upgraded and not downgraded
  • After fee-free moves have been used, bookings will be bound by our normal booking terms and conditions. Where a cancellation is made when there are 14 days or less to the course date, the credits for this booking will be deducted from your balance
