Training Credits Scheme

Training credits allow you to bring down the cost per delegate on any of our training workshops, whether that be a bite-sized course or our one and two-day online and in-person events .

Training credits are purchased in bulk and then used to pay for the courses you book, until they run out. You can then choose to buy more, or leave it there.

There's no expiry date, so once you buy them, you can use them as and when you like. It means you can lock in a lower cost per delegate now and save later.

You get a guaranteed lock-in rate. This means when you buy credits, the credit value and cost per delegate rate are locked to that purchase. So if the cost of courses or credits rises after your purchase, your credit cost and cost per delegate rate stay locked to your purchase rate.

The cost is £12.00 + VAT per credit, and a minimum purchase of 100 credits is required. You can buy them in packs or a custom amount that suits your needs.

Plus, our normal multi-delegate discounts apply too, so if you book more than one delegate onto a single course, the cost comes down even more.

The first stage is to buy your credits. You can do that below. You can pay now using a debit/credit card and your credits will be available to use immediately. You can also pay by invoice but your credits cannot be used until we receive cleared payment for the invoice.

Once payment is received, you will receive a credit voucher number. You need to keep a record of this but you can also see it inside of your account if needed.

Select a course you would like to book by clicking on the book now button next to the date you wish to book. Complete the booking form and in the payment section at the end, select Training Credits. Enter your credit voucher number and submit the booking.

We'll hold the credits and, when we send joining instructions for your course, the credits will be removed from your balance. If you change your mind and want to cancel or for whatever reason the event does not run, the hold will be released.

Note: as credits are used as a form of payment, all bookings are still subject to our terms and conditions of booking . This means if you do cancel your booking outside of the free cancellation timeframe, 15 or more days before the course date, then the credits used for the booking will be removed from your balance.
