If you’re looking to reduce costs then a consideration may be to outsource your entire Learning and Development function.

Outsource and Integrate provides access to all the Managed Learning Services that we offer, with a handful of other things to hold this all together.

What the offering looks like will depend on the size of your current team, current spend and number of training days. But, here’s a couple of examples:

Example 1

We’ll provide access to an online portal where all members or selected members of your team have access. They will use this portal to enquire and book training and development for your team. A process will be in place where at least one person in your business authorises the spend, then we’ll take it from there.

We’ll work with the person who contacted us to make all the arrangements from the administration to the reporting on evaluations. This is done using all the services we have available.

We’ll work with you to agree a monthly/annual budget to help your business keep control of spending.

We’ll then send you one monthly invoice for everything.

Fees for this will require a monthly retainer fee and a fee for each intervention.

A minimum term contract and set up fee will apply.

Example 2

We’ll place one or more of our team on your site as account managers. They will be the link between your business and us. They will have the responsibility of integrating themselves into your business and look after Learning and Development.

Your team or selected members of your team will work with the Account Manager(s) to agree on the learning and development strategy, arrange learning and development activities and arrange all the administration.

They will be supported by our back-office team and network to deliver all the learning and development activities in your business.

We’ll work with you to agree a monthly/annual budget to help your business keep control of spending.

We’ll send you one invoice per month for all learning and development activities. This invoice will include an agreed monthly fee for our service plus the costs of each activity.

A minimum term contract and set up fee will apply.

Example 3

Like example 2, except we’ll agree a monthly fee with you that works on an almost ‘all you can eat’ approach.

We’ll work with you to look at things such as the size of your team, average training days and your current spend. This will help us to determine what this monthly fee will be.

We’ll send you one invoice per month for the agreed monthly fee.

A minimum term contract and set up fee will apply.

The aim of all the above examples is simple, to reduce your costs, streamline your processes and make Learning and Development productive in your business.
