Where are you really with AI?

It doesn't seem to matter what we're delivering these days. Assertiveness, time management, leadership. At some point in the day the conversation turns to AI and how it fits with whatever we're working on.

What's interesting is what people say when it does. Almost always some version of "I probably should understand this better than I do." Capable people. Senior people. People who, as it turns out, are doing perfectly well.

So we built this to answer that question properly.

What it does

Ten questions, about two minutes. You'll get an honest read on where you actually stand with AI at work, across five areas:

• Using it - how much AI is part of your working week, and whether you've found where it genuinely helps
• Getting good answers - whether you can reliably get useful output, or whether it's hit and miss
• Trust and checking - how well you spot when AI is confidently wrong
• Staying safe - sensible habits around what should and shouldn't go into a public AI tool
• Making it stick - whether it's a real habit, and whether it's just you or your whole team

At the end you'll see your overall result, a breakdown of each area, and one specific thing worth trying this week.

A few honest notes

• It's free, and there's no catch
• There are no trick questions and no jargon
• If you're further ahead than you think, it will tell you that. We're not going to invent a problem
• Answer honestly rather than aspirationally. A flattering score is no use to anyone

What happens next

At the end we'll ask where to send your results, then show you your score straight away on screen. The fuller breakdown, with a plan for your weakest areas, lands in your inbox shortly after.
