Who delivers your Motivational Skills training courses?

Why do some motivational techniques not work?
Motivation is an individual thing. Different things motivate each of us. What we see is techniques that are applied broadly to everyone and this doesn't work. We are also seeing now that even things such as incentives are no longer having the impact they used to.
What is motivation?
That would be telling! But, in its most basic form, motivation is a shift in behaviour where we feel more energised to tackle a problem or achieve a goal.
Is this just a motivational talk?
No. The course is not about motivating you (although, you can apply many of the tools to yourself), but more focused on practical things that you can do to motivate other people.
