Our Customer Service Skills Training Course in Liverpool is delivered from the Novotel Hotel.

The venue has modern and comfortable meeting rooms with air conditioning and natural daylight. Refreshments are served in the delegate breakout areas and lunch will be served in the meeting room.

The venue is located in Liverpool city centre on the outskirts of Liverpool One, a few minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations. Payable public car parking is available next to the venue.

We may substitute this venue but, if we do, it will be a venue in Liverpool city centre.

All venues are provisional and confirmed 14 days before the course date. Where an alternative venue is used, it will be no further than 10-15 minutes walk from the venue above.
