I found the training vert helpful and David was great providing us with tips. The only thing that I would suggest, having a minimum amount of people for the course to run as it would have been a better experience with more people attending to hear various opinions, other than just ours.
A Really Good Sales Refresh
I had my course with Dave this week and I thought this course was excellent. I have done sales before and also been in my role for a while. Some of the content was a really good refresh, but we had a good chat through some ideas and Dave helped us to play around with our current approach and find some new ways of doing things. Whilst the course had structure and was led by a very pleasant and understanding trainer, I felt overall the course lack any ‘wow’ factor. That being said, I’ve taken away some useful tips that I’m sure will help with sales conversations. I also feel that the course would have had much greater depth if you had managed to get more than just myself and my colleague on to the course.
